Hack description

This patch swaps all of the English sounds (including cutscenes!) with their Japanese counterparts (since for some reason you can't actually do that in-game in the portable versions).

This patch should be applied to a ROM with CRC-32: 524CFD49

A side effect of this patch is that setting the game's language to Japanese plays the English dub.
