Hack description

This hack spices up the Sea Hare's Tail sidequest by putting Turtlances on Turtle Shell Isle. These very dangerous turtles are there to guard the villagers from trespassers swooping in on flying dragons.

Important things to note:

- A side effect of this hack is it removes a bunch of Ghouls from the entrance of Northtown Ruins to make room for the Turtlances. In the original game these Ghouls only spawn if you've retrieved the sword orb from deep inside the dungeon, then leave and come back, so you probably won't miss them.
- How to combine this with Level 9 Weapons Progression Balance: 1. Apply Level 9 Weapons Progression Balance, 2. Apply this hack, 3. Apply this hack's Level 9 Weapons Progression Balance support hack.
