Hack description

This patch removes all text box decoration (borders and background) from the game, leaving the game's text free floating. This declutters the screen to make more room for the artwork and the action. It also significantly improves the navigability of some of the menus (the vendor rings in particular). A side effect of this change is that it reduces the contrast and therefore the readability of the dialog in some scenes with bright backgrounds, but that might be an acceptable trade-off to you if you value decluttering the screen more. Note also that the "Window Edit" options screen has been removed from the options ring, as it is no longer relevant with this hack applied.
