Hack description

In the original arcade game the police vehicle is originally black, however although in the famicom version, the vehicle is black in the cutscenes but blue in game, this patch fixes that graphic detail and makes the vehicle black both in the cutscenes and in game.

- Plus: Added a optional Easy Type patch, the time counter is freeze.
