Hack description

This patch aims to fix all of this game's bugs using SCHG tutorials found on Sonic Retro. Read the Readme for fixes (there are just to many) and info on bugs.

NEW WITH VERSION 3 (9/9/2020)
-Gave Tails the ability to fly, swim, and carry Sonic around like in Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Watch out for enemies however, as unlike S3K, you cant damage things while flying.
-The new Tails script seemed to reintroduce the y-position camera bug for Tails, except I dunno how to fix it. Oops.
