1.25 makes the following changes:
-Misc. Bug fixes.
-Adds shortcut in Viridian Forest to buy all TMs and Held Items early.
-Waterblue 1.24 Updates
-Giovanni Moved at Silph Co. to avoid soft locking the game.
-Cinnabar Gym Doors unlocked.
-Berry Forest Blocked until Post Game.
-Rocket Warehouse Clear Conditions change.

The folder for Patch 1.24 contains four separate patches: One for each starter. Select the one you want and patch a clean Fire Red 1.0 ROM. Do not stack them. Each patch varies in rewards given depending on your starter.
This is a hack of Pokémon Fire Red 1.0 that sees Blue's perspective as he battles Red to become the Pokémon League Champion.
This version (loosely) follows Lockstin & Gnoggin's video that dealt with the theory of if Blue joined Team Rocket.
Depending on what starter is chosen, your rival will either have the team they have in the game, in the Pokémon Adventures Manga, or the Pokémon Origins adaptation.

-Eevee version may have Exeggutor learning odd moves due to a minor bug that cannot be fixed.
-A few spots glitch when you pause the game. Most can be escaped from, but don't pause when at the following locations just to be safe:
-Southern Vermillion City near the Gym or Dock.
-Top Floor of Silph Co. with Giovanni.
-Near Ho-Oh.
-On Birth Island (Deoxys Puzzle).
-Third Island Beach near Dock.
-Lorelei's House on Four Island.
