As the other review said, the English is comically more broken. Well a funny extra, the base game and menus should be present for those who do not care for the funnies and only want improvement. The other concern is the game itself. The blocks are completely invisible. I am unable to see any of the blocks except when the game feels like letting me on the chance of the next tetromino being visible. The invisible blocks are still collidable too, which is a big issue. I can not recommend this at all to anyone until the game itself is playable and the broken English is an option, rather than mandatory to receive the improvements of this hack. | |||

This is a great update to Tetris NES, with the skippable screens, snappy controls and addition of hard drop making it the definitive way to play it. However, the deliberately broken English kinda keeps this from being a perfect for me. I know that it was probably chosen this way for a laugh, but for an autistic person like me it makes the menus much harder to navigate. TLDR: Great hack, maybe include an alternate patch that removes the broken english. | |||
