Although the gameplay is unchanged, you can tell there was a lot of love and effort put into the spritework; it looks both adorable and fluent, and even going out of the way to change the transformations as well is pretty awesome.

The icing on the cake is that it's compatible with other mods, so if you want to tone down the difficulty with the Super Arthur mod or have smoother gameplay with the Restoration mod, you're free to do just that.

Recommended for those that would prefer a female protagonist or just want to add a twist to their experience.

Basically this mod replaces Arthur with the adorable little tavern maid he gets turns into if he gets cursed while wearing his gold armor.

What's impressive about this hack is all the custom sprites. The original cursed form only had standing, walking, and single jumping sprites. Poody's filled in all the missing sprites quite well: the replacement heroine's new spritework all looks professionally made. I especially the silly gesture she makes when acquiring an "armor" upgrade.

This mod also seems to be completely compatible with the Super Arthur mod and the GnG improvement mod. At all the basic sprite swap version, not sure the weapon hack works with those other mods.

As the author said there are some HUD sprites that were not replaced, due to those graphics being compressed (I don't think anyone has found a way to decompress Super GnG yet, few SNES ROMs have been decompressed).

Recommended to anyone who would rather do their demon slaying as a cute, girly waifu rather than a rugged, hairy knight. Or who just prefers playing female characters.

Very Great hack! The sprites are well designed, you cannot make the difference with the original style, the only small default is when you use X when you don't yet have the "Golden Dress or Armor" you can fire without movment on you sprite, except that all as been well done. The must will be to choose our form between baby, bee, etc. perhaps it's too complicated to make and it stay a dream... thanks very much to the hacker for his great work on this game!

Really good hack. Much better than I expected. Sprites are lovely and neat. I don't like this game at all, but with this new sprites the game became appreciate even for me. It's much more pleasant to play as a girl then as sweaty bearded dwarf. I have found no changes in the attack-system, but I have found that from the begining you can choose your weapon from the all arsenal (if you apply additional patch, containing this cheat).
