Hack description

This requires an unheadered Mega Man X 3 (U) ROM!

This patch adds into the Options Menu the ability to play through the games BGM and SFX much like X1 did. This should be compatible with any emulator as there's no expansion required. Just patch it and go.

Exactly what it says! Really convenient. Would love to see a sound test hack for X2 to round out the Mega Man X SNES trilogy.
