Hack description

The hack can be patched on any unmodified version of the ROM, as well as on the version of the ROM with a Russian translation (I have not tested with other languages).

1. Special hit is now done very easily by simply pressing A+B (you can even use Turbo A+Turbo B).

2. The turtle's weapon changes by pressing Select (when playing 2 players, the same weapon is impossible).
