Hack description

Dragon Warrior 3 has a bug relating to the order you acquire spells. It was intended that a wizard learns the weaker Icespears spell at appx. level 26 and the stronger Snowstorm spell at appx. level 32. However, the game erroneously has you learning Snowstorm at 26 and Icespears at 32. This was a detriment to the game because Snowstorm feels significantly overpowered at level 26, while Icespears is rather useless at level 32.

This fix is already included in the retranslation / restoration patch: Dragon Quest III: Delocalized.
