Hack description

Original hack of Tectoy based on Wonder Boy in Monster World doesn't have accent from Latin character table and contain shortening. This patch improve and fix to the original hack to be compliant with Brazilian Language terms.

- Menu Text and Item Names without shortening.
- New Game and Continue changed to correctly term translation
- Press Start changed to correctly term translation
- Added and mapped Latin characters to game font.
- Game script fixed to use Latin characters and correct accents.
- Added RHBR splash
