During my playthrough I noticed the Tornado Scene during the Dragon Tutorial Stage and the final Level Castle Scene showed messed up black backgrounds around the objects. At first I thought it was just the game, but it turns out when applying this patch the black backgrounds in the scenes becomes corrupted. Ironically it showed other graphics that wouldn't normally be seen during the tornado scene which is interesting. (Sunset background) I tested every known NES emulator, and it produces the same result, it could be possible the emulators do not play nice with this patch. I'm afraid I can't recommend this unless this minor bug doesn't bother you too much, best thing to do is stick with the Japanese Version for now. Edit - The bugs have been fixed, and the review no longer applies. | |||
