Hack description

This patch replaces the original English script with a more accurate, freshly translated one.

It also includes several gameplay tweaks (now optional, as of v1.1):
- XP and money gains multiplied by 3.
- Hidapipe added to every shop on Motavia.
- Nei items moved so that two dungeons on Dezoris are now optional.
- Escape rate increased.
- Walking speed increased by 2x. (lory1990's code)

I don't wish to be impolite, but the English in this mod is not up to par. It does definitely seem as though whomever wrote this does not speak English as their first language. It is an extremely direct, literal and incomprehensibly stilted translation. The original MegaDrive/Genesis Script is superior, even if it's awkward at times. There are a few lines which were correctly translated from the original, but they are buried under so much moonspeak, unnatural syntax and literally rendered idiomatic expressions from Japanese that it distracts from the story. It's very weird. If you want to see something very "off," then go ahead, but it isn't something I'd recommend to a first-timer.
