Cowabunga!MiguelS2022-04-14Version 1.1

The dash move was always badly implemented in this game. Auto-dash was annoying and kicked in too soon, and manual dash always felt unintuitive and broken. During gameplay it was never the quick, clean double tap that it should have been.

This hack fixes it perfectly, and it completely transforms the game in the process. Now it plays and feels absolutely bang-on, the way it always should have done.

Pizza time (again)!!!luna2112021-07-19Version 1.1

Now isn't that more like it? =D It is way past cool to see a dash button implemented for this game! Apply this with the other available 'Balance Tweaks' and text cleanup patches to get the best Turtles in Time experience possible!

Made a classic even betterlegend802021-03-27Version 1.1

The hack from a while back enabled L/R but forced double input still.

That gave me the fever....the fever to just press R once to run (like Genesis) and sure enough with this patch, it makes the game feel some much more alive and energetic.

Hard to make this game any better but this patch does just that.

Breaks Auto DashG30FF2021-03-22Version 1.0

The patch works just as described, with one unfortunate caveat. This only works if Run is set to Auto, and as such, automatic running no longer works with this patch enabled. It would be nice if the change applied to the Manual run setting only, and left Auto run functionality alone.
