Hack description

This patch reverts most of the changes between the Japanese and the English version of Gold and Silver

It also serves as an update for the romhacks made by NikcDC/USC in 2011.

Features:
-Japanese GFX backported (ex. PC/Shop, Trainer, Pokémon Sprites)
-Phanpy/Donphan and Teddiursa/Ursaring locations reverted to what it was in the Japanese version
-Restored trainer card names
-Olivine Lighthouse now has its full name on the map (It was shortened due to a text limit glitch)
-"Miracle Cycle" references restored
-Bugs that wasn't in the Japanese version fixed (ex. Coin Case glitch, text overflow)
-Debug mode from the localization builds added as a optional patch
