Hack description

So normally this game runs fine, however for various portable handheld Mega Drive/Genesis consoles, Venom - Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety usually hangs on a broken menu and simply doesn't play and is considered NOT COMPATIBLE for the consoles.

This patch fixes this issue, allowing access to the menu and gameplay.

It is an IPS Patch.
