This F-Zero hack is very inspired by the GBA games. It takes already existing course designs from a mixture of Maximum Velocity, GP Legend, and Climax (mostly Climax) and puts a new fresh spin on them with extra turns hazards or branch-offs for the different variants with all new color palettes. Very enjoyable ROM Hack, with a level of polish that feels virtually official. The courses are fun (even better than base game in some aspects) and often pose a greater challenge while never feeling frustratingly difficult. Bizarre collision and a lap count issue on Sand Ocean were the only two problems I had. Absolutely worth playing. | |||
