Hack description

This patch makes three small changes to improve the game's sound quality:

- Enabled the sound driver's unused NTSC support.
- Fixed samples being played back incorrectly.
- Increased the global pitch of all songs so that most of them match their Amiga counterpart.

I noticed that something was off about the music with this game like it was missing something, but this patch really helps as I didn't know that the music wasn't implemented correctly it seems, which is why it lacked oomph!

This is a great step forward for the highly flawed Megadrive version of Turrican, so good I made an account to say this. A great thing is it will work with the previous hacks to iron out other problems with this potentially amazing game...I patched it to the colours and energy bar hack and it worked perfectly.
