Reviews

Some text is corruptedFateForWindows2021-07-22Version 1.0

While I wanted to like this hack, it becomes immediately clear once you enter the first lamp fight that some of the text is corrupted. This is because the base patch (Mother 25th Faithful Edition) and 989fox989's patch conflict, and unfortunately, nothing has been done to accommodate this. To name a few stand-out examples, the "X appears!" at the start of encounters is corrupted into "X drewrs!", "X stopped moving!" is bugged into "X idn't d moving", etc.

I'd expect other problems to possibly show up as one gets further into the game, but so far I hadn't noticed any crashes or major gameplay issues, so that's a good thing I guess. Still, I wouldn't recommend this until the conflicts are properly solved.
