Great work. This is a better way of presenting these games than having them as part of a compilation cartridge rom. Sure, there are good business reasons why they were originally sold that way but playing them now means knowing which compilation they appeared on... or at least it did until this. I would suggest doing the same for the Japanese releases of this series (they were Super Game Boy versions instead of GBC) only the Super GB borders are wretched looking things that nobody really wants to see beyond being a curiosity into 90s graphic design. The only gain with having the original Super GB versions are custom palettes. I think it's best to leave those in the past as what they were. More to the point, Game Boy fans can now have these in their digital collection as the standalone games they deserve to be and it makes accessing them easier too. I'd guess that a lot of people don't know what the specific titles were or that these GBC versions exist. | |||
