Hack description

Due to technical and copyright problems all 38 levels of e-reader world have been removed and these modifications were left:

-Mario and Luigi have their hands gloved in all their transformations in which Nintendo forgot to do it.

-Fixed various small Luigi sprites.

-Fixed Luigi's growth and star jump animations.
