Super Daisy Land is a reskin of Super Mario Land. The hack does not change any of the levels or game-mechanics - it simply sees the rambunctious princess of Sarasaland getting to take a tour of her own kingdom and rescue it from the alien menace Tatanga in the process, instead of leaving the job to Mario.

Though none of the gameplay has been changed, the attention to detail in the sprite and text edits really shines; The title-screen looks great, Daisy's sprites are all true to those seen in the original version of the game, and the newly-drawn elements all fit right in, too. There are also nice little touches like the Superball power-up's projectile being changed into a literal daisy, as well as a humorously repeated nod to the famous and cheerful "HI I'M DAISY!" shout, which will surely raise a smile with Daisy's fans.

Adding to the attention to detail is the fact that Super Daisy Land feels in-character - Daisy is always depicted as a go-getter who's happy to take things into her own hands, so the theme of this hack fits her well. This helps to give the game an authentic feel, which adds a little bit extra to what would otherwise just be a graphics-hack.

Though it doesn't reinvent the wheel, Super Daisy Land is well worth a look for fans of Daisy and anyone who wants to play (or replay) Super Mario Land with a fresh coat of paint.
