This is yet another attempt to make Vanilla Wario Land 2 experience the best it can be. Two things this hack does that has never been introduced previously is restoration of arched windows to all windows that had them and the colored version of the unique fish found only in the monochrome original release, https://tcrf.net/Wario_Land_II#Fish_Enemy, KamuKamu.Screenshots

| A Good Hack. | MichalGrodal2 | 2023-01-31 | Version Rev B 2.3 |
This is a an okay hack, and there is a lot of love not just of the original game, but in the making of the hack, making the presentation of the game just overall, better. However, it would be better if Wario's Sprite was changed to the color of how it looks in Wario Land 3, changing the yellow in Wario's palette to white, as it is in Wario Land 3. However, this is still very nice.

I remember what a joy these games were to play when I was younger but ultimately it isn't the game I'm reviewing so much but the actual hack itself. If you have ever played any of the Gameboy Wario games I would encourage you to give this rendition of it a go. This hack is full of lots of subtle changes that keep it as it originally was but with a director's cut style vibe. The addition of the previously unused sticky tiles was a neat change that remind me of a time during the 90's when I'd use a Game Genie or Gameshark to gain access to minor features that normally were not available to the player. I also appreciate when I see these types of additions or fixes added to a rom-hack because it shows the creator is passionate about the original game and wanted to bring about the best way to play the game to the masses. I hope that just because people rarely write reviews for games on here due to it being a very niche hobby it doesn't discourage the creator of this hack from continuing what they do in the future. Thanks for making this, it was a nice trip down memory lane for me and I appreciate the time and effort you spent on creating the best way to experience the original game.
