Hack description

Although Capcom has optimized the code from Final Fight Guy compared to the previous release, they still didn't used FastROM addressing.
This conversion should remove every hint of slowdown.

Not only does this patch cut down on the slowdown for the regular game, it works with the 2 player hack, which especially needs the boost!
