Hack description

This restores the more subdued color palette from the original Japanese game (Elnard) for all* known graphics that were changed.

Notes*:
- This is not a graphics restoration or uncensoring patch.
- The palette for the character Lejes was not changed - their graphics were modified for the English release, and the original palette does not play well with some of the changes.
- Some tile sets were slightly modified for the English release, so despite their palettes being restored, they will appear differently than they do in Elnard.
