Hack description

This patch unlocks the full potential of the SuperFX chip, bumping speeds up to 21.7mhz, the same as Starfox 2!

Experience this classic title again with a much more playable and enjoyable smoothness.

Note that due to the file size, this is not compatible with the GSU-1 hardware and requires a GSU-2 cartridge (Only if you are putting it on an actual cartridge. Flashcarts and emulators are not affected.)
