Simple description is it is a rebalance hack of Fe6 with Thracia's (bs) mechanics

Here are some changes:
-Max hit rate is 99
-Thracia fog
-Vulneries now fully heal
-15 poison damage
-Hard mode bonuses rebalanced
-Movement cost indoors for mounted units
-Some Thracian items
-99 hit staves (doesn't work, needs asm)
-Status staves 5 uses
-Physic 20 uses
-Promoted early game bosses
-Stat boosting items now 3 uses with +1 boost
-Promotional items changed to master seals
-HM enemy bonus nerfed
-Troubadors gain E swords
-Valkyrie gain C swords
-Shamans gain E anima
-Druids gain C anima
-Sages gain C light
-Roy light brand prf
-2 ranged dragonstones
-Divinestone 40 uses
-Rogue class
-General sword
-Brown haired Roy
