Hack description

This patch creates a slight delay on the camera so it doesn't change direction too quickly, making the movement less dizzying.

You can press Y to keep the original quick camera as needed.
Pressing UP and DOWN will also toggle the quick camera as you normally press these buttons while attacking.

I applied this patch to my ROM successfully and found that it makes the SNES version of this great game a lot more playable than before. It's still not perfect but feels way better to control and feels a lot closer to the Mega Drive/Genesis in this regard. That's why this patch is so great because it combines the superior graphics of the SNES and gives better controls similar to the Mega Drive/Genesis. Both are great games but it's so nice to have a better option now. Thanks for making this I really appreciate your work! You're a champion! ????????????
