Hack description

This patch simply decrypt pokemon data in RAM, as well as bag data, useful for Pokemon data researcher and player who hates spend so many time and bet a heavy luck to catch and breed their best Pokemon so they can edit RAM value directly without cause Bad Egg, however...
- If you have an existing Emerald save file, don't patch this, it will corrupt your Pokemon.
- If an Emerald hack that already did decryption, don't patch this, may cause some unknown issue. Also don't patch this onto any Decomp Emerald hack, they revamped ROM address!
Two patches included, JP and US, please patch it carefully.
