Emeraldia second rotate button hack

This is a wonderful arcade puzzle game by NAMCO, but unfortunately it only has one rotation button. The arcade hardware has support for more buttons, so it was feasible to take advantage of that and add in a second, opposite-direction rotate button.

Originally how it was set up to just rotate one direction was if not annoying at least unnatural. This patch does what it says and fixes the issue. Another very similar game on the same hardware suffers from this issue as well, Cosmo Gang the Puzzle, would be amazing to see this done there too considering the possible hacking similarities.
