Hack description

This balance hack is designed for Four Job Fiesta playthroughs, so that each job fills a specific niche in a fiesta team. The less useful jobs have been buffed some, and there are modified chests and shops so that fifth job users don't get screwed over. This patch is compatible with the Sound Restoration patch.
