Hack description

The Adventures of Kid Kleets originally had a very fast camera movement, making nauseating jumps every time you turn. The camera movement is now slower and the player is a little more centered.

This patch also makes it FastROM, even though there is nothing slowing down in this game, but it makes loading screens faster.
