Hack description

This is a Japanese version of Rockman 2 hack, you need to import the IPS patch into the original Rockman 2, not Mega Man 2! This hack adds the following mechanisms:
- Deleted the OP.
- Transparent weapon menu.
- Added EXIT, press Select+Start at the same time to take effect.
