Hack description

This is a german version of the Pokemon Red Full Color Hack made by Drenn, Danny-E 33 & FroggestSpirit.

It was made by replacing the texts from the original ASM from Danny-E 33 (https://github.com/dannye/pokered-gbc) with the german ones from the disassembly of Pokémon: Rote Edition and Blaue Edition done by einstein95 (https://github.com/einstein95/pokered-de).
