Hack description

This a graphic hack to make Chun Li "pantyhose less" just to make her look kind of like her bootleg counterpart appears in the Master Fighter game for the Nes, the first Street fighter 2 that the contributor played in a videogame console. Hope you enjoy it!

UPDATE: Added two patchs, both also have her shoes changed to make them closer to her bootleg look but the "NPCL Boots VS" one also changes her VS portrait to make her look like the bootleg or the arcade version, however on this patch theres a small square couldn't figure how change its color, seems like its on every character too so if you like to try the normal portrait just use the named "NPCL Boots" or the "No pantyhose" one.
