Hack description

4 enhancements were available by default in the version of the game in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection, while the original SNES version required cheat codes. This patch enables those cheats by default:
- Unlocks 2 secret characters in Versus mode: Rat King and Karai
- Unlocks 2 additional stages in Versus mode
- Grants access to the hi-speed 3 feature in the Options menu
- Allows up to 10 credits for Story Mode in the Options menu

Awesome hack. Everything all in one. Works well. Rat King may be a little OP. I played it with a merged MSU1 patch I created and everything seemed to work well. So this may be the definitive non Cowabunga Collection version of this game. Author is on a roll and I'm looking forward to his work in the future. Also see his Diddy Kong Racing hack for a good time!
