Apply this patch to the headerless ROM of SNES "Dragon Quest 1+2".

[Changes]
- Increase the performance of weapons and armor by 10%
- MP consumption is halved so that spells can be used more aggressively
- Encounter rate halved
- 1.5 times the duration of Seisui and Tohelos
- Increase the amount of experience points and money gained from monsters by 20-30%
- Adjusted the equipment that can be used by the three main characters (*Princess Moon can use a hammer, etc.)
- Can use the staff of rain clouds as a tool during battle.

While maintaining the strength of the monsters, we have adjusted them so that they can be proactive in the battle itself, while relieving them from the stress of encounter frequency.

This patch can also be applied to translated versions.
