Hack description

This is a bug fix for the SNES version of Breath of Fire II.
The spell Agi-Up has no effect in the game. With this hack, the spell temporarily doubles the vigor of the target as it was intended.

Glad someone finally fixed this issue. It has gone unnoticed for far too long. Some areas in the game where enemies use Ag-Up are now actually more challenging, though not by much. My thanks to the author.
