Hack description

This restores the "Move to the Mambo!" music track for the mini-games Balloon Burst and Musical Mushroom for the NTSC-U version of Mario Party, which opted for different tracks.

Additionally, the track can be selected in the Sound Test. As a result, the Option House track has been removed from the Sound Test.
