With the team replacement, you'll feel scorned if you're Polish, but you'll like this if you're Finnish.

The colour choices are more pleasing to the eye, although I was hoping for a more significant change to Team Canada. The original game has Team Canada's jerseys as lime green, whereas this one turns it to a darker green. Neither are very authentic. That might be a compromise by the modder. The 1988 Team Canada jersey is white and red, and the modern one is black and red. I'm sure white would blend too much into the ice, though maybe an off-white would work. Red also has the risk of being too similar to the Soviet team, though maybe it would work with different hues and shades of both the primary and secondary colours. The third option is to make Team Canada black, but that's not of the era. It would be nice to see one of those options work.

Still, this is slightly better than the original palette, so unless you're gonna miss Team Poland, it's worth having.
