Hack description

Simple patch that reduces enemy encounter rate by roughly 30%. Made to work with the +30% Money and EXP patch to make the game less grindy, but is split between two separate patches so that you can choose your own experience. These patches are meant to make the game less grindy without including what some may feel are unnecessary adjustments; simple and clean, with no fluff.

Installs with Lunar IPS. Only adjusts encounter rate, so should be compatible with any other patch that doesn't touch encounter rate.
