Hack description

Patch to convert Chaos Break -Episode from "Chaos Heat"- for the Playstation from PAL to NTSC.

The game moves at normal speed and the dialog stays in sync. The only problem that could not be resolved was the intro FMVs not being vertically centered.

If you are playing on a CRT beware that the HUD may appear too low, the HUD is like that even in the Japanese version.
