Hack description

Adaptation to the Spanish version of Pokémon Emerald of the hack "Pokémon Emerald - RTC Clock Patch" by idyll remaking the blocks in the tile set from his palette that includes the clock for the Pokémon centers and slightly modifying the time change script to translate the text.
The patch has been tested in the VBA-M emulator and should not fail on flashable cartridges.
