Hack description

In the Arcade version of the game, the music's pitch was raised by one semitone from how it was originally composed. When Namco released the game's soundtrack and ported the game to the PlayStation, they eventually fixed the pitch.

This patch will fix it in the Arcade version. The MAME romset's file that must be patched is "te1sprog.6d".
