Code Name: Viper has been a favorite of mine since it first came out a long time ago. Sure it is a rip-off of Rolling Thunder. But it is Capcom's rip-off of Rolling Thunder, so it is an actual improvement over the game it's ripping off. This hack gives the game a fresh feel by changing enemy placement and types. The placement feels thought out and adds new opportunities for strategy. Strategy is an important aspect of this great shooter, so that is a big deal. | |||
