Welp, this one was a surprise to find on Romhacking. In a nutshell, I'm all for fan translations, I'm Dutch myself (als je begrijpt wat ik bedoel) and I had a bit of time to kill to play this one. Its definitely worth a play, but since the game is a platformer rather than an RPG or Adventure title you can skip reading the text if you want. Still, its a good translation. Just about the only gripe I can offer is that the Dutch language (Nederlands, of ABN) doesn't lend itself well to videogames. So if you fancy a quick glance at it, give this translated SMB2 a chance. If you like it, there are a few other games out there in Dutch, if not as many as in English. | |||
