ROM Information
Pulseman (J) [c][!].binTranslation description
As seems to be standard practice with MIJET's work, the patch contains both the original Japanese and the English translation. The correct translation is chosen based on the region of your Genesis or emulator internally thanks to some ROM Hack wizardry. Check the readme if you're interested in getting an inside look at the hacking from the author's perspective.Screenshots

| 17 years later and this translation is still great! | MRDFG Blacha | 2024-08-01 | Version 070226 |
Pulseman has always been one of my favorite games for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. Even though I'm not excessively good at playing it, I enjoy it a ton thanks to its rocking soundtrack (I FREAKIN' LOVE that Neo Tokyo theme!), the characters, the spoken English voices, and Doc Waruyama's famous line "Water can destroy Pulseman!". This translation does a fine job at translating what few Japanese text is present in the game, and as bonus it allows you to play the original Japanese game if you set your emulator or console accordingly. Something that, anyway, the M.I.J.E.T team has always done with their Genesis translations. If you still haven't done it yet, grab this translation patch and play it! This game is still miles better than all the Pokémon crap that Game Freak develops today, even thirty years later (seventeen for the translation). | |||
