Translation description

Boss names, weapon names and some of the menus have been translated to Turkish with using Megaman 3 Text Editor. But lots of stuff like ending demos are still remains in English. Due to extremely small text spaces, some words had been shortened and don't expect Turkish letters like "ğ,ş,ç,ö" also. Only works with "Megaman III (U) [!].nes" version of the game, be careful!
