Translation description

Game Boy Wars 3 is from the same series of games as Advance Wars. It has its definite share of complexities compared to Advance Wars, but it's nothing Nectaris junkies shouldn't be able to adjust to since some of the stuff comes from Nectaris.

The current patch has Beginner Mode and the menus done for the most part. The game should be suitably playable without language issues.
